Our Process - Dedicated maintenance
We are one of the only local Ilford letting agents to have, not only one, but two dedicated maintenance teams. We specifically don’t outsource any to contractors, meaning we are in full control of how we deal with property maintenance, either scheduled preventive maintenance or unscheduled emergencies.
24 hour out of hour emergency service
If there is an emergency or something crops up urgently we are able to get to you within the hour. If it’s not an emergency we can schedule it in or more often than not can be with you in 24 hours.
We also don’t charge a call out fee. If we can fix something there and then, then we will…saving you valuable time and money. Our maintenance teams really know the properties we manage and quite often can anticipate maintenance tasks before they become emergencies.
This has the benefit of both a very happy contented tenant and a landlord who knows their asset is being cared for.
